Sophia trains her clients holistically, recognizing that all the systems are connected. She’s especially interested in how nutrition and fitness go hand-in-hand. Both of these factors must be considered when trying to improve overall health and quality of life.

When you train with Sophia, the focus will be on sustainable fitness habits and longevity. She believes that the reason to work out is to increase your quality of life and be able to move without pain for a long, long time — it should never be something you hate. Work with Sophia to discover creative ways to move your body, which is essential for mental and physical health.

When Sophia was young, she actively participated in squash, dance, and competitive swimming. She later discovered her passion for climbing and climbed competitively for 8 years. Growing up with activity ingrained in her lifestyle, she pursued higher education to learn more about fitness, weightlifting, and nutrition. Her certifications include:
