Body composition refers to the percentage of fat, bone, muscle, and water in your body. While genetics determine some of this, it’s possible to alter or improve your body composition through diet and exercise.  

Like your training program, addressing your body composition requires a customized plan. We’ll track your eating habits and tweak your dietary needs to better suit your goals. And we’ll make sure that your training plan includes the right type of strength and conditioning for optimal results.

How We Approach Nutrition Coaching

We incorporate nutrition coaching and body composition tracking in most of our programs because both of these are vital for understanding fitness progress. If progress seems slow or non-existent, we can look to your diet and body comp for guidance to see if we should tweak your program in some way. 

Our coaches have specialized experience in nutrition coaching. If this is one of your main concerns, we’ll match you with the appropriate trainer.

 

Resources. Education. Guidance. EverFlex programming includes the resources you need according to your current diet and lifestyle. We use a simple Tanita scale to measure your body composition weekly to track your progress.

If you’re in the early stages of your wellness journey, we’ll provide you with a nutrition coach. If you have some experience with nutrition and healthy foods, we offer resources like meal plans with recipes, grocery lists, local restaurant guides for eating out and special occasions, and a super shake guide.

For any client who wants a completely stress-free solution, we offer meal deliveries through a partner food company. They provide you with a month’s worth of nutritious food, removing the need to grocery shop and freeing up time for you to focus elsewhere. This option helps maximize your results (and who doesn’t love efficiency?).
