What Is Fitness AutoPilot (Beta)?

What if you could have all your data in one place that would help identify gaps in your fitness progress? That’s what we aim to do with Fitness AutoPilot (Beta). This program will remove the stress of learning each pillar of your health journey, so you can focus on the things you love. All you have to do is show up to your workouts and everything else will be taken care of.

We’re piloting this program to keep track of workouts, body composition, sleep data, nutrition, and lifestyle. With this, we can cross-reference these fitness factors and determine the gaps causing slow progress or no progress at all. This comprehensive information allows us to tweak your personalized program to address the issues.

Sound too good to be true? We get it. But, listen. We’re obsessed with fitness and well-being. So we’ve carefully crafted this beta program to address a gap in the industry. When you don’t see progress, it’s difficult to pinpoint why. We hope Fitness AutoPilot solves that. Here’s what’s included:

  • We partner with a meal plan service in Calgary to deliver the appropriate macronutrients and calories you need based on your program.
  • We scrape sleep data from any sleep tracker you have (Apple watch, Garmin, Oura Ring, Fitbit, iPhone, etc.).
  • We measure your body composition weekly and input the data.
  • We track the details of your workout down to the rep.

As the program moves forward, your coach can assess your data and adjust your training plan accordingly to help you achieve optimal fitness. With Fitness AutoPilot (Beta), we can compare data against other anonymized data to show where you excel and where you need improvement. 

We want all this data on autopilot, so you don’t have to worry about it. All we ask from you is that you show up to your workouts and give it your all 3 times a week for 45 minutes. And we’ll give you the real answers to your health — with the data to back it up.
