Since 2015, Andrea has been working with clients and helping them achieve their fitness goals with astounding results.

She loves working with menopausal and perimenopausal women to adapt and alter their exercise routine as hormones change and drop. Additionally, if you’re an endurance athlete, triathlete, or cyclist, Andrea would love to coach you. She sees any clients who desire weight loss, and general conditioning and strength training.

Her training philosophy centres around this: If you exercise purposefully, you are an athlete. She wants clients to view themselves as athletes capable of setting and reaching goals. And, of course, she wants her clients to have a little fun and enjoy a laugh as they sweat through their training programming. Her credentials include:
